Metal Finishing for Factories in Industrial Estates
High-volume small-part hardening and plating for manufacturers in Thailand's main industrial estates — picked up and delivered, with test certificates.
V.S. Heat Treatment serves manufacturers inside Thailand's industrial estates from a single plant in Samut Sakhon, collecting and returning work with a test report on every lot. This index covers 28 estates across the central, eastern and northern corridors. Each page names the industries clustered there, the parts most often sent in from it, and the road route into the plant. The work is small steel parts in bulk — screws, nuts, bolts, pins, springs and washers — at over 2,000 tonnes a month under ISO 9001:2015.
Most of our customers sit inside Thailand's industrial estates. From our Samut Sakhon plant we serve the automotive, electronics and metalworking factories in these estates with hardening, Cr3+ zinc plating, phosphate coating and in-house lab testing for screws, nuts, bolts and small parts.
The 12 estates compared
Corridor, port, IEAT status and the part types each industry mix calls for — side by side, so you can find the row that matches your plant instead of reading twelve pages.
How to read this table
IEAT-designated covers both estates operated by the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand and joint-operation estates run with a private developer. A dash means we could not confirm a single status for the whole area — some of these names describe a factory district rather than one designated estate.
A dash in the port row means the estate sits inland between two ports and we will not guess which is nearer. Nothing on this page is a distance, a drive time or a delivery-time promise.

The estate is one way in. If you already know the part, the end market or the steel, start there instead.
