Small-part finishing for factories in Asia Industrial Estate Suvarnabhumi
This is a master-planned estate, and plants built that way rarely ask whether a part can be hardened. They ask whether the fortieth lot will be identical to the first, and whether we can prove it.
We run one plant, and it is in Samut Sakhon. This page covers collection and delivery for customers in Samut Prakan — it is not a branch or a facility in Samut Prakan.

IEAT-designated covers both estates operated by the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand and joint-operation estates run with a private developer. A dash means we could not confirm a single status for the whole area — some of these names describe a factory district rather than one designated estate.
A dash in the port row means the estate sits inland between two ports and we will not guess which is nearer. Nothing on this page is a distance, a drive time or a delivery-time promise.

What this estate is
Asia Industrial Estate Suvarnabhumi is an IEAT joint-operation estate — designated under the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand and developed and managed with a private developer, which the developer states in its own material. It lies in Bang Bo district, Samut Prakan, across the Khlong Suan, Preng, Ban Ra Kat and Bang Phli Noi subdistricts, laid out in phases as one plan rather than accumulating plot by plot. Note what the name does not mean: Suvarnabhumi Airport itself is in Bang Phli district, not in Bang Bo, so the airport is a neighbour of this estate and not an address on it. The mix is automotive and transport equipment, electrical and electronic assembly, machinery and general manufacturing, at the scale that a purpose-built plot implies.
What this estate asks of a small part
A plant that runs to a customer quality manual has already decided what it wants; its risk is variation, not capability. So the work from this estate is written down before it starts and held still afterwards: one agreed route per part number, furnace and bath parameters that are not adjusted quietly between lots, retained samples, and a hardness and coating record tied to each lot rather than to the part number in general. If anything in that route has to change — a different steel supplier, a different coating thickness, a different passivate — it is proposed to you in writing beforehand, because on your side that is a change that may need re-approval, not an improvement. One boundary belongs here in plain words: the only certification we hold is ISO 9001:2015. If your customer requires IATF 16949 of its process suppliers, we do not have it, and you will hear that at quotation rather than at audit.

End markets on this estate
Each end market has its own spec drivers — property classes, salt-spray hours, governing standards.

The corridor row names Bangna–Trat (Highway 34) because that is the trunk highway through this part of Samut Prakan — read it as the route, not as a claim that the estate fronts the road. The port row is blank on purpose. Bang Bo sits inland between Bangkok Port and the deep-sea terminals down the coast, and which one is nearer for your box depends on your shipping line rather than on a map, so we will not fill the row with a guess. Nothing on this page is a distance, a drive time or a delivery-time promise; collection and delivery are arranged per lot and confirmed with sales when the job is booked.
Questions we get from this estate
Our customer requires IATF 16949 from process suppliers. Do you hold it?+
No. Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and that is the only certification we claim anywhere on this site. What we can offer is the substance a process audit usually looks for: a documented route per part number, per-lot hardness and coating records from our own lab, retained samples, and written notice before anything in the route changes. If your customer’s approval is conditional on IATF, tell us at quotation and we will say plainly whether that closes the door.
Can the process be frozen once we have approved the first article?+
Yes, and that is how we would rather run it. Once the route for a part number is agreed it stays as agreed, and any proposed change goes to you in writing before it is made rather than appearing in a later lot. That includes changes we would consider harmless — a small coating-thickness adjustment is exactly the kind of thing that quietly invalidates somebody else’s approval.
Which seaport is nearest to this estate?+
Because this estate is inland between two gateways and we are not willing to guess which one is nearer to it. That is the same rule we apply to the inland estates in Rayong. This site does not publish distances or transit times for any location, so an empty row here is the honest answer rather than a missing one.
