End-to-end metal plating and testing in a single facility
V.S. Heat Treatment runs four processes in one plant in Samut Sakhon, Thailand: heat treatment on continuous mesh-belt furnaces, Cr3+ zinc plating, phosphate coating, and an in-house testing laboratory. The work is small steel parts in bulk — screws, nuts, bolts, pins, springs and washers — priced by weight rather than per piece, at over 2,000 tonnes a month under ISO 9001:2015. Large gears, shafts and mould inserts are outside what these lines can take.
