Scope

These terms cover the website only. Heat treatment, plating or testing work you order from the company is governed by the quotation and purchase order agreed in writing. Where these terms conflict with those documents, the documents for that job prevail.

Information on this site

Technical content — process descriptions, standard summaries, steel grades, common defects and comparisons — is general guidance to help you specify work. It is not the specification for any particular part. What governs a job is the drawing, standard and requirements stated in your purchase order and confirmed in our quotation.

The company works to keep the content accurate and current, but does not warrant that every page is complete or free of error.

Quotations and inquiries

Submitting a form, sending a LINE message or chatting with the assistant is a request for information or a price, not an order. Prices and terms bind the company only when it issues a written quotation. Figures and ranges shown on the site are indicative.

Calculators

The free tools on this site — such as the hardness converter, bolt torque, thread fit and hydrogen bake calculators — give reference values from published standards and formulas. Check results against the governing standard and your own engineering requirements before relying on them. The company is not responsible for decisions based on a tool's output alone.

AI assistant

The chat assistant answers automatically using artificial intelligence. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong and are not a quotation, a technical approval or a commitment by the company. For anything that matters to a job, confirm with our staff.

Intellectual property and citation

The text, photographs, data tables, and the V.S. Heat Treatment name and logo belong to the company or are used with permission.

You may quote or cite the site's content with a link back to the page you are citing. Search engines and AI services may index and quote it with attribution. You may not republish substantial parts of it, or use the photographs or the brand in a way that suggests you are, or are endorsed by, the company.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information or someone else's details, attempt to disrupt the site or its forms, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Links to other sites

Links to standards bodies, government agencies and other websites are provided for convenience. The company is not responsible for their content.

Personal data

Personal data is collected and used as described in the company's Privacy Policy, under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

To the extent permitted by Thai law, the company is not liable for loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on its general information. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, and does not affect the terms of a quotation or purchase order agreed in writing.

The company may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
