Small-part finishing for factories in Eastern Seaboard Rayong
Eastern Seaboard Rayong is one of the original inland estates of the eastern corridor, and its automotive and metal plants send the most repetitive, highest-count fastener work we see.
We run one plant, and it is in Samut Sakhon. This page covers collection and delivery for customers in Rayong — it is not a branch or a facility in Rayong.
This estate at a glance

| Road corridor | Highway 331 — Eastern Seaboard |

| IEAT-designated | Yes |
| Eastern Economic Corridor | Yes |
| Industry mix | automotive & parts, steel & metalworking |
IEAT-designated covers both estates operated by the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand and joint-operation estates run with a private developer. A dash means we could not confirm a single status for the whole area — some of these names describe a factory district rather than one designated estate.
A dash in the port row means the estate sits inland between two ports and we will not guess which is nearer. Nothing on this page is a distance, a drive time or a delivery-time promise.

What this estate is
Eastern Seaboard Rayong is an IEAT joint-operation estate in the Pluak Daeng area on the Highway 331 corridor, inside the Eastern Economic Corridor. Its mix is automotive and metalworking only, which makes it the most repetitive estate on this list: fewer part families, far higher counts per part number. Like its inland neighbours, its nearest port is left blank on this page because we cannot ground whether Laem Chabang or Map Ta Phut is closer.
What this estate asks of a small part
High-count work is a consistency problem, not a capability problem. Anyone can hit a hardness once; the question is whether the last basket of a long run reads the same as the first, and whether the record proves it. That is what lot control is for — parts stay identified as a lot, the test record belongs to that lot, and a re-run is traceable to the batch rather than to a shift. Our plant is built for exactly this shape of work: small parts at bulk volume, with a capacity of 2,000 tons per month.
Services for factories in this estate
Hardening, Cr3+ zinc plating, phosphate coating and in-house lab testing, all on small parts at bulk volume.

The estate sits on Highway 331 inland. The port row is deliberately empty — Laem Chabang handles containerised cargo and Map Ta Phut handles petrochemical and bulk cargo, and we will not publish a guess about which is nearer to Pluak Daeng. Parts run to Samut Sakhon by motorway and outer ring, with collection arranged per lot. We answer quotes within 24 hours; we do not promise completion dates on a web page.
Questions we get from this estate
How do you keep a long run consistent?+
By treating it as identified lots rather than as one continuous flow, and by testing against the lot. That way a result belongs to a defined quantity of parts, a deviation can be contained to that quantity instead of to the whole order, and your incoming inspection has something specific to check against. Tell us your lot size convention at quotation and we will match it.
What volume can you take?+
The plant is built for small parts at bulk volume, with a capacity of 2,000 tons per month across heat treatment, zinc plating and phosphate coating. What we will not take is large parts — gears, shafts and mould work are outside what this factory is set up to do, and saying so is cheaper for both of us than finding out mid-order.
