紧固件标准 —— 由按标准生产的人来讲解

每份规范覆盖什么、刻意不覆盖什么,以及图纸上必须写清哪几行,要求才真正可执行。

采购单上的一个标准号还不是规范。这些页面归纳螺钉、螺母、螺栓工厂每天执行的文件的适用范围与实际应用,并列出买方必须写明的条目,使要求可报价、可检验、可追溯。
